Hotel Spa La Quinta Park Suites, Santa Ursula (Tenerife)

The hotel is located on a peaceful hillside with stunning ocean views and is conveniently close to Puerto de la Cruz, which is great for exploring. While the cleanliness and upkeep of the public areas were commendable, the rooms left much to be desired, particularly in terms of basic amenities. The dining options offered reasonable prices, but the buffet quality was underwhelming. Additionally, the hotel's outdoor pool is unheated, making it less inviting for a swim.

My family and I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, and we were happy with the spaciousness and views from our suite. However, the dining options didn't meet our expectations, especially for those with dietary restrictions, and the all-inclusive service was limited. The location was not ideal as it was quite far from main attractions, making transportation a bit of a hassle.
