The hotel is located on a peaceful hillside with stunning ocean views and is conveniently close to Puerto de la Cruz, which is great for exploring. The dining options offered reasonable prices, but the buffet quality was underwhelming. Additionally, the hotel’s outdoor pool is unheated, making it less inviting for a swim.
